We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for most beauty and skincare products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
Package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in our return instructions
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
If you received a damaged or defective product, we'll gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
For exchanges of different products or sizes, please follow the standard return process and place a new order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
